Service Description
A heated mat Pilates experience set under moody lights with an energy that hits the moment you walk in. Expect a strong, sculpting flow with core-focused movement, a slightly faster pace, and optional ankle weights to turn up the intensity. Music is up, the room is warm, and every sequence is designed to challenge you while still feeling intentional and controlled. Elevated, high-energy, and intentionally limited—this is your time to move, sweat, and reset. You’ll leave feeling aligned, challenged, and sculpted.

Cancellation Policy
Members with 4, 8 or 12 pack- if a member cancels a class within 4 hours prior to class starting time, member will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee. If a member cancels within 1 hour prior to class it will be considered as a NO-SHOW member will be charged a $15 NO-SHOW fee or choose to lose a class credit. Members with unlimited package-if member cancels a class within 4 hours prior to class starting time, member will be charged a $10 late cancelation fee. If a member cancels within 1 hour prior to start time, it will be considered a No-show and the member will be charged a $15 No-Show fee. No-Shows Not cool, Don’t do it. Other people want to do Pilates. $15 No-Show fee or class credit will be taken.
