
GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTION

CORE FLOW
Elevate your workout with this reformer concentrated class. This class flows at a moderate pace, and instructors may offer progressions or modifications on an individual basis, if needed.

PILATES 101
Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to improve your technique, Pilates 101 is designed to move at a slower pace to build a solid Pilates foundation. This class is more focused on form, breathing and the alignment of the body allowing you to grow more comfortable and confident with Pilates. Slower doesn’t mean easier, Don’t skip out assuming it won’t be a workout!

STRETCH & RESTORE
An open level restorative class devoted to stretching, releasing and lengthening designed to increase flexibility and mobility. You will use the reformer and other props throughout the class for a series of stretches leaving you to feel lengthened, relaxed, and balanced.


CARDIO SCULPT
A fast-paced cardio jump class! By using the Pilates Jumpboard, you are able to strengthen your core and legs while putting less stress and weight on the joints. This fast-paced class offers feel-good music with sore and sweaty results!

PILATES PULSE
a dynamic, rhythm-driven class that blends the precision of reformer Pilates with the subtle burn of barre-inspired movement. Using controlled pulses, small ranges of motion, and intentional sequencing, this class builds strength, endurance, and stability while keeping you deeply connected to your form.

SUSPENSION
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. While no Pilates experience is needed, it’s not for the faint of heart!
