New to Pilates?
Are you new to pilates? No problem! One of our favorite things is introducing pilates to newbies:) We recommend doing a Check and Connect class prior to a regular class. In a Check and Connect class we will go over the equipment and some of the basic exercises. This will get you familiar with what happens so that you get the most out of your first regular class. The Check and Connect classes are scheduled as needed. Please call or email and we will set you up.
How to Prepare for Your Class
Once you have scheduled a class, we will email you a form to fill out. This form helps us get to know you. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so that we can meet you and get you set up. You will need to wear grip/non-slip socks to class and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
